Fresh Milled Wheat Flour

Freshly milled, stone-ground whole wheat flour made in small batches at Kato Crafts.

I mill the wheat berries fresh to order, giving you flour that is as fresh as possible. Choose from Hard White Wheat, Soft White Wheat, or Red Wheat, depending on what you're baking.

The wheat is stone-ground into whole grain flour with nothing added and nothing removed.

Available varieties:

Hard White Wheat — $5.00/lb

Soft White Wheat — $5.00/lb

Red Wheat — $7.00/lb

Each order is packaged in a resealable bag and labeled with the wheat variety and milling date.
